Wrex the Halls 2011 was the worst!

We go to Wrex the Halls every year for my daughters birthday and are usually amazed that each year is better than the last. My parking stub showed that we pulled into the parking lot at 5:16 which should have been plenty of time to get in since doors opened at 6:00. We asked a security guard where we should get in line and he showed us where we needed to be. After being in line for almost an hour the first band started to play. We got up to the front to go in when they told us we had been in the wrong line the whole time and they would not let us in.We had no choice but to get in the line to the other door. We didn't get into the building until Airborne Toxic Event (the second band) was on their last song and by this point nobody was in the mood to have fun including all the people around us, all had similar stories. There was nobody to show anybody where your seats were which resulted in people arguing about where they should sit the for the remainder of the show. I sent an email complaint to a VP at 91x, G. Wolfson, and didn't even get a response. It was a complete disappointment.
